Dashenka-Kura(breads baked in a stone oven)
We sell bread made with homemade natural yeast and baked in our wood-fired ovens at our Koda and Otaka stores. We mainly use domestic wheat that is grown with minimal pesticides or is certified organic. We have a cafe space on the second floor and in the courtyard. The Arimatsu store's original soup is also popular.
